HI Xyliacs!
Sorry for the late page!
Today’s page finds us in the company of some old ‘friends’. Some of you are probably disappointed that I didn’t show the impact of the Berobos fellow to the London street, but that’s the way it goes.
Thank you everyone for the kind words about my weight loss, my recent computer issues, and my personal life.
Also, thanks to those of you who have contributed donations by purchasing the download images. I hope to have some new things up THIS WEEK. I really hope so.
Regarding the donations, I apologize that I have not been able to continue with the two page a week meter. With the changes in my life the last few months, this has not been possible. I am hoping to have some sort of other incentive to make public however. Thank you again to everyone who has supported Xylia either through donations, or written support, or just by stopping by and reading!
I am happy to announce that SCAScot- my friend Richard, who got me through the computer chaos- has accepted my invitation to be the Xyliatales IT wizard. Look for his bio in the ‘About’ section this week- I need to get that information to Kez…sorry for the delay, Richard.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
As always, we have donation incentives still available- I hope to have some new ones soon. For $5.00 donation incentives, I will be offering intallments of the ‘Xyliatales Sketchbook- this features behind the scenes notes and sketches about the making of Xyliatales from two years ago to the present. Click the link-it’s pretty cool, I must say- especially if you enjoy work in progress stuff. More pages to follow. This segment features the very first pics of Xylia, Livy and Claude!
Nakie Winter Adora is done (if you are 18+) Remember that all donations go towards the two update incentive!! Make sure to refresh the page to see how that’s going. AND REMEMBER: Please don’t hesitate to contact me right away if you have trouble downloading or receiving images. Xylia, Adora and Livy babies are still available as well as downloads of the first illustrated chapters of Nigel’s Opus unavailable ANYWHERE else. Click banner to see what’s available…
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Follow Barb’s Twittering! I try to announce Xylia things on Twitter as I get them done- hear about it first here!
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
From time to time, I will broadcast live while I work on pages. This happens sporatically- I will announce it with a tweet, and a forum announcement, so if you want to get in the loop, subscribe to my Tweets, or join the forum.
To join me, or to watch past USTream episodes, please go here:XYLIATALES ON AIR TALK SHOW SITE
Thank you for reading, and as always thank you for your support and understanding. I hope that you all continue to enjoy XYlia.
Hugs,
~B

Ouch. Poor guy, he didn’t deserve that. So who is second in command at the hive?

Beautimous page once again…and yeah I wouldn’t want to be in that guys’ shoes!

*First time reader.* Just beautiful work.
Breathtaking.

Wow, that skyline looks a lot like the skyline of Austin, Texas–from the north, though. Unfortunately, all the photos I can find to compare are from the south.

Actually, that *does* look a bit like the Austin skyline; that domed building in the foreground looks a fair bit like the Austin Capitol building….
Good place, Austin. ^_^
“C’mon Monkey Boy.”
That’s great!
I love the individual reactions of each of the FEFs…. Sweet, contrasty goodness… :-]

I suppose the building in the foreground depicts Saint Paul’s Cathedral since the headline says London. However, the skyline is simply beautiful.

The third panel made me laugh. XD

There is something very wrong about the amusement I get from seeing people crash to the ground from very high. Nothing wrong with this page, though, it’s beautiful as always…
It strikes me when I look at the FEF:s how very good you are with character designs, Barb. All of them are so cool in their own way, and they have such distinct different personalities.

is there any possibility that the comic might be viewable on IE again at some point?

Poor chap. He must feel a little under the weather after falling. Or, at least in the mood for pancakes. Hm, maybe the Hive folk are too…
Lovely page.
