Hello, everyone.
Good gravy what a day. What a week. But especially day. I’ll go into some detail in a minute. But first off, thank you everyone for your patience waiting for this page. I was late getting it done because of computer issues-that had me on the phone and then when I got it done, I couldn’t post it. I think things may have worked their way out, but I’m not sure…
Anyway- today I had my email quit working, and my computer has been acting awful not loading- spent an hour and a half with ‘experts’ trying to figure that out- one told me it was my comp, one told me it was my signal. No one knows…… a debt collector tell me that they never got a payment from me, then there was a psycho lady at the post office who wouldn’t give me straight answers on passports, a parking ticket at the gym, and I still haven’t gotten a workout in- and I need to go do that. I’m bleeding money and business is down…. this dreaded pattern.
Well, that’s enough of all that.
I’m stressed out, kids. Completely freaking stressed out. Have been for a while- trying to accomodate a Real Life into the Bat Cave Life I’ve lived for so long, yet not lose anything in the process. Unfortunately, it’s my mind that is apparently going to get lost if I don’t figure this all out… and soon.
Big thank yous to Kez and Josh for everything they do here at Xyliatales, keeping things running smoothly when I can’t.
I know many of you are having issues with this upgrade as well as me. If you would please leave a comment telling us any specific problems, what browser you use etc, that would help us with our touble shooting. You can always tell me what you think of the page too, that’s cool… ^_^

One thing I want to put out there to any comic artists, if you are looking for a ghost inker, it’s something I’ve taken a liking to, and I would love to get a few regular accounts. Pay is negotiable. My name need not appear anywhere on the project (hence ghost inking) and I will sign any NDAs necessary. If y’all would, please forward this announcement on to anyone you know that might be looking for this type of work. Now, if you are looking for a XYliatales style colorist, that I’m NOT doin. Too time consuming, and no one could afford what I would need to ask for that. ^_^

oh, and i’ve got firefox 3.5.3 running on windows xp and i did clear the cache and still had to go back and forth a number of times til i could see the new page – there is definitely something wrong with the rest of the site, unless the cast page, for example, is just not updated on the new site. wanted to check on tychia, how she can come back and remember everything straight off, but there’s probably no clue there anyway. wonder if she still wants to get claude or if she’s over that now that the bonding thing is canceled now.
i am sorry about the vicious worm thing – is it possibly connected to one of the new ads? i know other webcomics have discontinued certain ad services due to that type of problem…hope you have a worm-free week and a happy new year!

So, I now follow you on twitter and I was freaking out about there being no page, and then I checked just in case and HERE IT IS! YAY! It’s beautiful as always and I’m on the edge of my seat wondering what on earth our favorite demonic diva, Tychia is doing there!! can’t wait for next week!!

I do notice that Tychia’s aura is not nearly as red here…whether that means she’s free or not is another story, but yeah…
And I just realized how fortuitous it is for Claudius to run into a winged creature such as he has…LMAO…
Still having the RSS issues (it doesn’t update when you do…) I have firefox 3.5 as well, and this seems to be the only comic (besides my own- which I don’t want to RSS anyway) that I seem to have the issue with…
I’m not having problems loading the latest page so far.

I love panel four, with Claude, Livy, and the Amphekeron rampant. Nice. :-]
I know it may be a longshot, but I am rooting for the Amphekeron to stick around for a while…. ^_^

I hope things will get better soon, and the storm of chaos you’re currently enduring will be short-lived! It is not easy in the midst of the storm, but if you can, try to remember that things are not always as crazy and frustrating as they are now. Calmer times have been before, and God willing, will come again.

Tychia? Kicked off the show? Really? Nahhh…
As I’ve said before, telling this story in comic format requires that I blaze along without making things as clear as I should or want to. Tychia is free from Claudius, but not from the ‘curse’ or ‘blessing’ (whichever side of Diemos you are on) that keeps her bound to the material world. Tychia has *returned* many times, and has gotten rather adept at the procedure- (much to Livy’s chagrin on this page: http://xyliatales.com/03272008/)and has popped back in time to see our hero off this World.
Additionally on *returning*- the Azloeans resume their solid material forms in the basic area where they were killed- unclad and unconscious, but once awake, retain all of their past memories – think reset button- they are the same being, just starting up again where they left off.
Claudius, being half human (albeit a human from Berobos), is different. That’s why the poor bugger returns each time many, many years later, as an infant- essentially a new person each time -(and having to relieve puberty. OMG. Now if THAT’S not a curse, I don’t know what is. Fortunately, in that case, he doesn’t remember all the other times he had to stumble through his teen years, so doesn’t know how bad that really is.)
I hope that clears up a few things….
Michelle- yes, Tychia is back and naked. Maybe someday we’ll see how long she goes before she decides she should get dressed.
Karstrel- yes, Ty is back, but it may be a while before we see her again. At least we know she isn’t gone forever.

Octodude, clothes? Tychia? LOL. Actually she still has some lying around somewhere, but she tends to prefer her natural state… I’m glad you liked that last panel- it’s funny that’s the one I rushed to complete when I was in an awful mood after talking to the internet folks and getting NO WHERE. I’m glad my frustration didn’t come through in sloppy art. Always, thank you for the kind words. ^_^
