I am beyond excited to announce that as of last Friday, Azloe Publishing is a real official publisher. I purchased a block of ISBN numbers and an SN number, making my company the real deal and so that means that Xyliatales Volume I can be sold in the big stores like B&N and Amazon. I just gotta pitch it!
I’m also to excited to announce that my old friend, writer Steven Jones is writing the foreword to the Xyliatales book.
Also, news about a show appearance coming soon- where you won’t only see me but KEZ TOO?!! REALLY?? Stay tuned….

Xyliatales On Air will be broadcasting on Sundays, along with the occasional last minute broadcast! (Just had a fun one last Thursday night!). I’m going to try for a regular time- like 7PM CST. How adorable! Thinking she’s afraid. I like her more and more, and the relationship with her sister.
As to last week’s “Janey Mac,” yes, it’s an expression of surprise/alarm/excitement. I say it all the time.

Oh, of course. Here I was thinking that April’d be freaked. I should have known she’d have the common little kid response to a scary thing of, “That was so COOL!!!”
Hey, I just realized (kinda late) that there is about an eight-year age difference between the girls, and an eight-month time difference between April and December in a calender year. Coincidence? I THINK NOT!!! And similarly, April is the “younger” month in a typical year, with December being the oldest. Clever, Barb….very clever.

Leona- I’m really happy you are liking these new characters- I enjoy the change of pace tremendously! And YAY that “Janey Mac” is an actual colloquialism still in use- when you research other countries and expressions, you never really know…
Tinkerwrks- April is about eight. She’s little and feisty. ^_^

Brent- LOL! It took her a moment to regain her composure, but little Rilly is ‘not like other kids’ as we shall see in future pages…
As far as their agages, Rilly is eight, Deci is about fourteen. She looks and acts very mature for her age, her short life being a hard one. Looking after someone ages a kid… I like your concepts about age differencees though that is pretty cool, but it would be serendipity if it were true! And the show I’m talking about would be an in person show! Details when I have them

Nick- That is SO COOL. I love the unique look of two different colored eyes (heterochromia), I’ve always thought it was the neatest thing. I have a friend who has a brown and hazel eye, but it’s not as immediately apparent as April’s (or from the sound of it- YOUR) eye color variation. Another friend has two huskies each with a blue and brown eye, but they are the opposite eyes! So cool!
